Privacy notice
How we handle information you share when enquiring about staffing, creating an account and working with our team.
Last updated: 27 October 2026
This notice applies to the RemoteWorkers247.Com website and client services. It explains the information we collect, why we use it, who may receive it and how you can contact us about privacy.
1. Information we collect
We collect the details you provide, including your name, username, company, email, phone number, country, staffing requirements, preferred schedules and account messages. We also maintain agreed worker assignments, rates, invoices and payment records. Account passwords are handled by our account service; we do not display passwords to staff.
2. How we use your information
We use this information to respond to enquiries, create and secure your account, arrange staffing services, communicate with you, manage assignments, prepare invoices and record payments. We also use necessary technical information to operate the website, troubleshoot problems and help prevent misuse.
3. Who can access information
Authorised administrators access client details to manage services and billing. Approved support staff access enquiries and conversations needed to assist you, but do not have access to client billing rates, invoices or payments. Messages addressed to the administrator are restricted from other support staff, except a support sender can view their own messages. Avoid including sensitive information that is not needed for your request.
4. Service providers and payments
We use service providers for website hosting, account access, data storage and email notifications. When Paystack payments are enabled, Paystack processes payment information under its own privacy terms. We keep invoice and payment references; we do not ask you to send full card details through account messages. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect legal rights.
5. Browser storage and cookies
The website uses browser storage to maintain sign-in sessions, remember message-read indicators and keep an unfinished staffing request while you view this notice. Request progress is stored for your current browser session and removed after submission. You can clear browser storage in your browser settings, but this may sign you out or remove an unfinished request.
6. Retention and security
We retain information for the period needed to provide services, manage accounts and meet relevant record-keeping obligations. We use account authentication and access restrictions to protect information. No website or transmission method can guarantee complete security. Contact us if you believe your account or information has been misused.
7. International processing
Our services and service providers may process information outside your country. Applicable privacy requirements depend on your location and the circumstances of the processing. Contact us if you need information about the handling of your data.
8. Your choices and requests
You can ask to access or correct your information, request deletion, or raise an objection or concern about its use by contacting us. We may need to confirm your identity and retain records where required for legal, billing or dispute purposes. Rights and exceptions depend on the law applicable to you.
9. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when our services or information practices change. The updated date appears above. If a change materially affects your information, we will provide notice where required.
